Motion Control

Power supplies for servo and stepper systems sized for peak-to-continuous ratios and dynamic loads.

Spec numbers publish only with a verifiable source (R5-2 truth gate). Datasheets land in the resources library after engineering review.

03Selector & representative products

Product selection in preparationPer the v2.1 taxonomy this application is live; representative models publish as catalog data lands. 【选型中】

Selector per v2.1 §六 — feature filters live; parameter dropdowns activate when catalog spec data lands (truth gate).

05FAQ

Should supply power be sized by peak or continuous rating?

Derive both from the load-cycle diagram — peak and duty cycle — and check the supply's peak and continuous capabilities separately; send the load-cycle diagram and we run the sizing.

What are the benefits of a shared bus across axes?

Axes peaking at different times complement each other, cutting total supply capacity; regenerated energy is absorbed by other axes, reducing reliance on braking resistors.

How is braking energy handled?

Braking resistors for smaller scales; regenerative units for large scale or energy-saving requirements — selected from the regenerated-energy calculation.

How do you power an AGV / mobile-robot platform?

Confirm the bus voltage with the vehicle electrical architecture first (24V mainstream, some 12V/48V), then size power — reversing the order forces rework downstream. Size by peak with margin, not average; for 7×24 fleets use dual-supply diode oring or 70–80% derating. Send the vehicle power requirements and duty schedule — we propose the supply architecture.
