A sizing framework that starts from the battery pack — chemistry, series count, capacity — then scales with the fleet.
01Step 1 · Pack spec first
Chemistry sets the curve (lead-acid staged vs Li-ion CC-CV). Series count sets full-charge voltage. Capacity sets current and time.
02Step 2 · CC-CV is the baseline
Constant-current fast fill, then constant-voltage taper. The switchover point and taper current decide how full, how fast, how much the pack ages.
03Step 3 · Power by fleet rhythm
Shared bays, return-to-charge interval, turnaround requirement — the fleet decides the kilowatts, not a single vehicle. Our CH series spans 100W–3kW with CAN/RS485.
04Step 4 · Communication
Unmanned charging rooms need state and fault reporting to the dispatch system. Both CAN and RS485 are available on the CH series.
