01What we collect
Inquiry formsName/email/country, requirements text; fields vary by form type. Drawings/BOM are supplied by email — this form does not accept files.
Attribution contextFirst landing page, referrer, UTM, locale — submitted with the form, stored server-side.
In-session context (consent-scoped)Consent-refusing visitors: single-session context only (one-hop referrer + in-session trail); no cookie/localStorage persistence.
Anti-spamHoneypot field, Turnstile verification, short-lived rate-limit counters (IP/email).
Language preference (functional)Auto language matching reads your browser language setting only; your manual choice is remembered for the session, and across visits once cookies are accepted (dp-lang).
02Processing, including AI
Triage & draftsInquiries auto-graded; AI drafts first responses for human review — nothing is sent without a person. Your content is not used to train models.
Selection assistant (no storage)Assistant exchanges are computed instantly and discarded — not stored.
Internal handoffInquiry summaries (incl. contact data) are pushed to our sales team's WeCom/CRM so we answer within 24 hours.
Marketing red lineInquiry emails never enter marketing sequences; catalog requests get one-off delivery, opt-in is always separate.
03Retention & recipients
Retention matrixAttachments ≤3–6 months; attribution & inquiry records 24 months; deleted or anonymized thereafter without interaction.
ProcessorsCloudflare (hosting/KV/edge AI), Tencent Cloud (domestic mirror & intake), WeCom (internal notification), Resend (email, once active), CRM (when enabled).
International transfersData may be processed outside the EEA (CN/US) — transfer instruments (SCCs/TIA) under legal review.
